    • Is there a setup fees?

      No. Your monthly fee is the only charge.

    • How are my hours tracked?

      We will keep a running total of your hours and send you weekly reports. Or feel free to ask us for a report at any time. If you are running out of time we will notify you well ahead of that.

    • Do I get a dedicated Assistant?

      Yes! You will have a college-educated, U.S. based assistant that is specific to you at all times.

    • What If I want a different Assistant?

      No problem. Just email our Client Happiness team and we will find someone that's great.

    • Can I cancel anytime?

      Yes. There are no contracts or long term commitments.

    • What if I need more hours?

      If you go over your limit we can make additional hours available at a comparable rate to what you already pay or you can upgrade your package.
